Our role is to help maintain continuity between the design vision and the realities of construction throughout the course of the project.
This can include early plan review, coordination between consultants and trades and guidance during key project decisions as conditions develop in the field. The level of involvement is tailored to each home, from focused pre-construction consulting to ongoing coordination during active construction phases.
The goal is a more cohesive process, clearer communication across the project team and a finished home that remains true to the original vision.
